BUILD
AN
ARTIST
BECOME KNOWN FOR SOMETHING.
A lot of artists are visible. Very few are recognizable.
Build An Artist develops the identity behind the music—so an artist’s sound, presence, visual world and expression communicate one unmistakable artist.

The Problem
TALENT CAN GET YOU NOTICED.
IDENTITY MAKES YOU RECOGNIZABLE.
An artist can have exceptional music, strong visuals, followers and industry momentum—and still leave people without a clear understanding of who they are.
The artists we remember give us something to associate with them: a point of view, a feeling, a world and a way of moving through life.
Build An Artist finds what is already distinct about an artist and develops it until the rest of the world can recognize it too.
Build No. 01
MADDIE JAYNE
The answer was not to invent a persona.
Maddie came to Build An Artist with country-pop influences, a lifetime of dance training and pieces of an identity that had never been organized into one recognizable world.
Build An Artist recognized the relationship between her softness, discipline, physicality and Americana influences—and translated it into a direction connecting her music, movement, styling, visual language and presence.
The Experience
WE DON’T INVENT A PERSONA.
WE FIND THE ARTIST ALREADY THERE—AND BUILD UNTIL THE WORLD CAN SEE THEM.

Build An Artist is not a logo package, mood board or social-media strategy. It is an artist-development process that examines the relationship between the artist’s music, story, taste, behavior, visual language, presence and point of view—then develops the architecture that allows those elements to communicate as one.
BUILT BY SOMEONE
WHO WAS THE ARTIST.
Felisha King Harvey was an artist first—signed at eight and writing her first hit record, Cherish’s “Do It To It,” at seventeen.
She later became a Grammy-nominated, ASCAP Award-winning, multi-Platinum songwriter, co-writing Justin Bieber’s “Peaches” and working with Mariah Carey, Usher and Kehlani. Years after its original release, “Do It To It” returned through ACRAZE’s rework featuring Cherish and surpassed one billion streams on Spotify.
Build An Artist was created from seeing artist development from both sides: living it as the artist, then helping shape artists from behind the scenes.

PRIVATE ENGAGEMENTS
A selective 30-day artist-development experience anchored by in-person observation and immersion.
